* Let your expert doctor heal your friends’ patient. This increase reputation points. With higher reputation points, you will get more patients visiting you.

In Medical Mayhem, some people often forget about their nurses. Spend 2 minute, scrolling through your friend’s list. Use the left and right navigation arrow to scroll through, it is a lot faster

Whenever you notice that their progress bar is empty or had just reset, use your hot nurse to snatch their patient. And use your doctor whenever possible.

Everything written here is based on my personal experience playing this game. If you are depending on just your patients to earn you money, it will be extremely slow. I depend more on my spies than anything else.

Upgrade your spy to level 5 if possible. Ignore the rest of the upgrades. At level 5, you spy will sent you a nice amount of 7200 coins per 12 hour. And if you have 2 spies, that works out to be 14,400 per 12 hour. Within 1 days, you will have 14,400 x 2 (2 12 hours in a day)  = 28,800

With this daily income of 29k, you can start to upgrade the rest of the stuffs. This is one medical mayhem tip which can earn you a lot of money in a very short time.

The reason for stopping at level 5 was the amount of money needed for the upgrade. From level 4 -5, you will need 32k to upgrade (It is easy to earn, you get that amount within 2 days with level 4 spies)

However to get from level 5-6, you will need 160k. I am on level 6 now and the increase of amount of money stolen from other hospital is not much. 7,920 per 12 hour.

This medical mayhem spy strategy will only work when you have at least 2 inactive friends. As you do not want your spy to be discovered.
